What is a Floral Subscription?

A floral subscription is a season flower arrangement pre scheduled to be delivered to your home weekly, bi weekly or monthly. You get 15% off when you commit to 4 orders.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription after you complete your minimum 4 deliveries. You can pause your subscription at any time. We require a 7 Day Minimum in advance to pause or cancel your subscription. You can also gift your subscription order to a friend or family member at any time.

Can I get a refund or return my arrangement?

We do not provide any refunds or returns on fresh flowers. Once the flowers leave our shop and hands of the deliverer, we are no longer responsible for the longevity or care of the flowers. If you feel there are any issues, please reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I make special requests for my arrangement?

You can absolutely send it special requests for you arrangement and we will do our best to accommodate. Please try to reach out a week in advance for special requests.

When can I expect my delivery?

We get our fresh flowers in Monday & Tuesday so we ensure deliveries starting Tuesday's at 2pm.

You can expect your delivery in the afternoon's Tuesday - Friday.

12pm - 3pm average time

When do I get charged for my subscription?

You are charged the day of your subscription delivery.

Do you keep my credit card on file?

Your card is securely stored through an 3rd Party App called "

We do not have access your your credit card information & once you cancel your subscription your card is permanently deleted.

Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee past your minimum 4 subscription orders.

Is there a minimum for flower subscription orders?

There is a Minimum 4 orders to get the benefits of the Sweet Pee Society.

All bundles & vessels are available for subscription.

Do you offer a package for businesses?

We do!

Can I change the date & frequency of my subscription?

Yes, just please send us an email at hello@floretdesignstudio.com

Do I get to keep my vase?

Yes, you get to keep your vases.

We also have a Vase Credit program, with every vase you bring back we give you a $5 credit towards your next order!

How long will my flowers last?

You can expect your flowers to last up to a week or more with proper care. Some flower varieties last longer than others.

Make sure you change or add fresh water every other day. Keep out of direct sunlight. Cut stems every few days for longer vase life.
